Yes , after completing the construction of the project. The Company will form a society and all the villa members will automatically become members of the registered green fields welfare society.

The Payment schedule is spread over 18 Months, Depending up on the capability of the customer.

First step is to fill the application and pay Rs. 5,00,000/- as blocking advance and the balance
a) Lumpsum – With in 30 Days
b) 18 Months Installment

At the time of registration you must provide Form No. 32 and Photograph
